Low FPS

Upgrade drivers and defrag. A reformat would be nice, too.

I'll reformat once I get new PC parts, right now i'm getting a new video card and maybe a new processor.

Holy. How much does a geforce 560 ti cost? Your paying like 3+ times the price where you live.
