Bummer. I joined a server to be in Otmel (on the coast) with no makarov (so I have no way to find ranges). But I still have all my other gear and I found matches, so I can cook meat and get 800 health for a cooked meat, which i have 6 of.
Could be worse, could be better. I like where I'm at.

I found an AS50, NVGs, and a Mk 48 at a bandit camp. Pretty good day if I should say so myself.
