Intel runs with v21?

Is it like, Intel crap can't run with v21 yet? If yes, then, I have an intel core processor CPU and I can run shadows and shaders on high, without any problem? So Intel stuff isn't supposed to work with Shadows and Shaders?

I think its Intel Graphics cards or something.

Only Intel GPUS aren't compatible with the new update.
