1. Put it in Add-Ons
Done.

Optional: Replace menu.png in this file for a custom screen.

But the pretty glowin word spelling "Loading" wouldn't be there!

Nope, that is in the default image that jeep did, I infact am using a screenshot for my loading screen and I see no loading message.

Putting a required Loading Message can often times screw up a picture. I'll add a feature for toggling one.
