Don't you think that is being a bit generous?
To be fair, though most vivid anime watchers scoff and spit intellectual tea at Naruto/Bleach/One Piece, they are actually useful for introducing people to the anime community, sure when they start they are usually loudmouth kids but eventually they mature and watch more quality animes and help to fund the industry.
