is it possible to play hotseat multiplayer over the internet?

if everyone has to be at the same comp with controllers plugged in, is there some sort of program/app to play over the internet?

i dont see why you couldnt i mean its not like heated chairs interfere with internet connection

Ohhh, I never knew it was called that. I don't know of anything that allows hotseat over the internet. What game are you trying to play?
