Server lags after 2-5 hours

Whenever I host, my server starts to lag after 2-5 of the server turning on. I have tried turning off S&S but it still lags. I have tried with the D&N Cycle off, no luck. Anything on how to fix this, or is Badspot going to fix it? But I do want it right away, not to be an starfish, because, I need my server lag-free or console won't work and you can't do anything.

EDIT#1: It lags intense too. soo laggy

First try removing all add-ons.

If that doesn't fix the problem, post the console log from when you lag out.
