Lol, -30% damage on backstab is still an instant kill for all classes

Backstabs deal 600 % of the victim's current health, so it's still an instant kill.
30 seconds is a bit too long IMO.

+ Disables a medic's uber if hit
+ Able to build a mini-sentry
- Has to recharge for each shot
- 75% damage
- Disabled teleporter on PDA
Has three levels so it can recharge faster after each shot.what you think
