Fixed fillcan that doesn't break alot of stuff

It is completely possible and it DOES happen. are you really going to tell me that what i have witnessed myself never happened?

If you knew how to script you would know that it's not possible.

It IS the fillcan. I know that for a fact that the mod is either responsible or involved in the my mods breaking in some way.
maybe YOU do not have it and you dont think its possible, but i am telling you that it IS and that i know it is because it has happened to me.
