Checking when a brick was built in the Wrench Gui

Basicly if you wrench a brick, you can see when it was planted. Pretty useful for a bit of things.

Here's why it would be useful.
You're an admin/host in a City RPG.
You see a cheating build and place a warning to fix it in 5 days.
You want to check if those 5 days have passed.
