Why are people ghosting so much on MY server?

It's not a dedicated.

the comps here has ample cpu and ram for hosting.
got a solid connection on a 12mbps net.

the server is only like 50k bricks, and we dont have lag issues unless i minimize or something.

but like 1/10th of the people who join say they are forever ghosting. and some things just never load.
what is causing this?

Well, projectile or bot spam sometimes causes this. There may also be a few other things causing it.

well there isnt a lot of projectiles around. but we do have like 30 vehicles spawned at any time. i wouldnt think it can be that bad though x.x
