Updated Hunger Mod

Alrighty, so I think this would be a nice addition to RPG's and such, we used to have a buggy old Hunger mod that really wasn't very good to begin with, now it's almost entirely broken.

My ideas for a new one:

1] Food items that increase food
2] Events for food setting, and such
3] RTB prefs for hunger levels
4] Starving kills you (Quite obviously)
5] Pref to turn off and on water, which is completely different, and can also kill you if not tended to

This would be great if you guys can do it !
