Rtb Prefrences issue.

try starting a game with only 1 or 2 add on that have rtb prefs and see if they work

This is a problem with RTB that I think Ephialtes hasn't noticed yet.
I think people only have this problem on their own server, though.
Because on my dedicated server, it works fine.
(Dedicated servers aren't hosted by you, they're hosted by CONSOLE on YOUR computer.)
