there's already a client sided talk sound, don't remember where it's at, but i downloaded it :) it doesn't get loud, it's a pleasant little "boop"

I think he means a mega thread where you can suggest little things to be made like tweaks and etc that don't really need it's own topic. These little scripts have been showing up more and more as v21 changes and new features are discovered
