Can't see chat or type anything

can anyone help me here? i'm trying to fix a little problem where i can't see any chat and i can't type anything while in-game, on irc it works perfectly but in a server it doesn't, can someone help me?

Pictures?

Press ctrl + p ingame.

Go to additional options in your post reply thing, attach the picture from Blockland/screenshots/(picture)

this has nothing to do with pictures/screenshots, i'm asking how can i fix it where i can't see chat.

did you check the maxchatlines or the chat length in options?
if either are set to 0 it wont work.
or am i missing something
