Fallout Decals/faces

Transformer:

can anyone make the Vault suit and some other fallout related decals and fallout faces?
I know a vault suit was made but the file isn't there anymore and Hellfire armor was but isn't there also so if anyone has those can they post them?

Are you talking to me about posting the pic or adding?
also I can attempt to make them but I don't know how to make Decals. I got computer art skills (took 2 graphic arts courses). But I know it's more than Making a Picture.
