How well would an ATI Radeon HD 5750 work with shadows, along with other things?

I've been looking around, and if any of you have known by looking in the help topic, I'm stuck with a built in Radeon HD 4200.

I've actually been making a mods for someone for a bit of cash, still looking for other ways to get more.
But that doesn't matter at the moment.

I'm wondering if this $40 card I found that is compatible with my PC would work well with shadows. I've heard it will do good with stuff, but I want the community's opinion. Since I cannot afford an expensive card at all.

Also, I doubt this but,
is this better? http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATI-Radeon-HD-4650-1GB-DDR2-PCI-E-LOW-PROFILE-DVI-HDMI-/140824765212?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item20c9cf631c

11$ shipping. Lol. Looks kinda good for its price.

The 5750 is better. Make sure you have a PCI x16 slot and a power supply with a 6-pin(or whatever) connector.
