Please try to explain exactly what you are suggesting/requesting.

The more specific you are, the better chance the suggestion/request is actually made.

From what I am reading, you want a dedicated server that starts a minigame and loads a build when you start it. If this is what you want, this can be done easily by making your own game mode. I'm actually not sure how to start a dedicated server with a certain game mode, though.
