if you're thinking about what I think you're thinking about, that wasn't even intentional about the actual rule: it's okay. intentionally changing the subject of a thread for whatever reason is probably covered under "spam," though. this would clarify it a bit, and probably lead to some proper repercussions, and eventually prevent it from occurring. but you have to understand the difference between intention and something that just happens |

That's my issue with it. Too hard to tell when it's intentional and when people just have ADHD and can't focus. |
