That's why there should be a paint called "Opposing Force".
When you're on red, it's blue, and vice versa.
Yet this can be abused, because some cosmetics can be fulled colored, making one team look like the other.

I had a hunch you were going for a Red look, if you still want to try for Ash use Indubitably Green instead, it's infinitely nicer
