The Phlog buff is a bit of an odd one, but what i do like is all the supportive support they did add.
Like extinguishing friendlies gives 20% cooldown on things like Jarate, healing a hurt friendly gives faster regen, airblasting people on fire gives health.
All good stuff that rewards people for helping others.
Really cool.

Yeah this is really the best balancing update in a long time, not so much a fan of the skins this time though. But the warbird rocket launcher and grenade launcher with the alternating tubes look pretty awesome. With my luck they're probably the rarest ones though.
Also you just KNOW that every brony ever is gonna use pyroland skins exclusively.
