I don't think it's a case of him not knowing, i think it's more like he just doesn't care and may even find it amusing when a video of his causes everyone in the game to start abusing exploits

as a sniper main I can't actually tell if he's good or hacking because of how stuffty the hit detection in this game is
I'll shoot the middle of an area and headshot a guy 2 meters to the left
