Not long ago the voting system messages were changed, and "Not enough players voted yes" is now used for both circumstances in which a vote fails:
1. The total vote requirement was met but the yes votes did not outweigh the no votes
2. The total vote requirement was not met and therefore the ratio is irrelevant
What you're experiencing is #2

the killsound is called killsound.wav and it's where your hitsound.wav is
however valve forgot to whitelist it on sv_pure so you can't even use it in valve servers

So i regret converting my keys to ref a long time ago because its a real bitch trying to trade for keys. Scrap.tf is always empty and its a pain to find someone to trade with as they ALL use bots or are over priced and the bots are either empty or have a long queue
