Kid, just how loving handicapped are you? Ignoring your dumb and childish question (I have had at least 15 painted bills hats pass through my inventory already, I also have enough spare keys to buy one right now if I wanted to), stop loving bringing me up. I traded a Spy Soul (I don't play Spy ever anymore) for a Disciplinary Action.
I crafted it with 4 ref and got a Fancy Dress Uniform

Yes I know the FDU and the Stash don't work well together that much, as the Stash would be something done by a frontline soldier and the FDU would be done by someone of a much higher rank and thus be not on the frontlines but go forget a deer, I like the stash
