Jarate should do one damage in my opinion.
Then it could explode pumpkins, and you could put so many useless strange parts on it.

if anyone gets a new jar item it should be the demoman, some type of explosive or corrosive something that goes in the secondary slot

I basically got a salvaged drop. I was on a server with somebody that got one, so I trade req'd him right away. He didn't care about the TF2 economy, so I ended up getting a #30 for a Sight for Sore Eyes.
