If you look at his backpack history, he collected a bunch of salvaged crates and opened them, probably selling the contents for keys. He also got at least 1 unusual.

Ok so I downloaded a script for rocket jumping that gives me infinite ammo, but I can't get it to work. It's not one of the cfg ones that you exec from the console, it's 'tf_weapon_rocketlauncher.txt' and it goes in tf/scripts. Anyone know how to activate it?
