I pair the dead ringer with a eternal (It's actually a wanga prick but i don't care), so I can fake my own death and then pose as some one else, thus erasing a trail. I use the spy-cicle for only cosmetic effects.
Also no, it is not the most starfish loadout of any class.

It is still an starfish class because of the blowback from the FaN and random stunning while you have around three seconds to say to yourself "I am so forgeted right now" before a scout pulls a long knife out of your head.
