Demoman's sword is the Eyelander, he's also got the bombs as grenade replacements, he's got the Sniper's peg leg, he already has about two or so tricornes, and has the Heavy's parrot
Medic's got the epaulettes and the tie, Pyro's hat and mask are the Medic's as it is more fitting
Pyro's eyes could be considered Deus Specs since they're both yellow, the Pyro has a monocle like the Medic, except Pyro's has a mustache and beard
Spy's hair i forget the name of
Scout's got sandles and the tattoo item, it's close enough
