What this means is fairly simple. It does the same damage to a Targe Demo as it does to a normal one, as well as ignoring damage resistance given by the Battalion's Backup, the Wrangler, or even the Phlog taunt. I think it'd be a neat feature, offsetting the lower damage with far greater damage consistency. It's a radiation-based weapon if I remember right, so it only makes sense that its impact penetrates armoring.

too bad unique and sensible ideas aren't used in tf2
next update will be 3 more soldier weapons and a spy revolver that does more damage with a smaller clip size

but considering how often I laugh that's pretty good
also I have not experienced many fat gabe jokes and it was mostly funny because I didn't see it coming.
