Whoever it was posted a link to their backpack here, I remember seeing one with a lot of fragments in it.
He had like half vintage and half unique

Normal ones, except for one vintage. He bought them all on TF2 Warehouse.
And it's actually 22, including the vintage one.

How can it be half vintage and half unique? Did you mean all of the fragments or just one of them?
