A vehicle wont work right since there is no way to have it circle without the player driving it.
Not to mention, we'd be dealing with mount points and vehicle damage.

Id rather just leave that ship out of it.

You would still need mount points to be on the vehicle which would be awkward if your trying to dodge a bullet.
My main worry for a vehicle is not being able to kill the passenger without having to first destroy the boat.

There is no easy or effective way to have the boat work.
