I not like idea of Rotondo's GameMode.

Right. However, none of them have given up and said "I deiced that I am going remove all Rotondo's gamemode add-ons. I not need it. I plan go back v19 classic bl game, I not care about shader and Environment."

Most gamemodes are sort of supportive, they give the server owner a base to easily host TDM's and such things.
So i can see why some developers see this as a bad thing.
However, i do not think you should just think the old thing was better.
1. The crash/kicking out of own server issue will probably be fixed.
I mean, it is not really good for anything to leave that in, right? ;)
2. They didn't tell us about the gamemode idea, fair enough, maybe it was a good idea to inform us somewhat earlier, but it is not like they make it impossible for the old gamemodes.
3. I am not sure what you want to say with this, but if i understand it correctly, you think that they do not listen to feedback.
This is not true, they do, but they won't just change things back. They can however improve their stuff to make it work better (with other stuff).
4. Gamemode_Slayer will be updated soon for V21, just keep an eye on the modification discussion topic. ;)
The idea of gamemodes working like that is right, i can see why you think like that, but it will surely improve.
They are doing the best they can to listen to feedback and make changes/improvements wherever they can.
Just give them some time.

There are no pros to the new gamemode system. It's a horrible pointless piece of crap that makes the game much worse.

That would probably be because the makers of the gamemodes need to port them to V21 otherwise nobody will use them and the time they spent on them will become worthless.

Aside from the fact that you can now package and make your own games to distribute to players, maybe so. It gives you the ability to now make singleplayer storylines in a way where players can download it and just start playing. It also allows you to share multiplayer games with other users to download fully, without having to set up the minigame or environment.
For example, I can now make a kind of half life remake and then package it with a minigame of the settings I choose, and the environment that I choose, and then send it out directly to players. Therefore, because the minigame is not owned by the host, he cannot edit it. The environment can, but the upside is that it starts out with the environment of the creators choice.
Basically, it gives the creator of SP/MP maps more control over it, and allows them to distribute it easily and effectively.

That's a huge collection of garbage
They don't have a single add-on that isn't even used and can't play it at all, also making gamemodes is impossible for noobs, posting a bls file somewhere isn't
