--- Quote from: fred da kiko on August 17, 2012, 07:49:14 PM ---Is the intel issue being worked on or just being ignored? --- End quote --- Not quite ignored, its been recognized as impossible to fix, as most intel graphics wouldn't handle it anyways. If your intel has 1 gig plus of VRAM send the example to Badspot and he MIGHT fix it, but the truth is intel graphics are like IHOP. A stuffty diner decorated with expensive crap. |

i know for a fact that my graphics card has enough ram to use some loving shaders. Someone really has to make an addon that just replaces shadows and shaders with something that works. |

--- Quote from: ThinkInvisible on August 17, 2012, 02:09:46 PM ---Interiors and Terrains were removed for several reasons. 1. They were simply not detailed enough. Really, think about it for a second. Terrains truly look horrible. They don't fit. 2. They made new features much harder to implement, getting in the way constantly. 3. They were full of bugs (vehicle collision, lights). See 2. 4. Blockland is a game about building, not realistic guns and convoluted gamemodes. Terrains removed from this theme; they made players want to just load a map, make a crappy barrier, and shoot the hell out of everything with some friends. If you want an FPS go play an FPS. --- End quote --- No, you're thinking about bricks having horrible vehicle collision. Terrain was good. |
