Nightvision Goggles (not what you think!)

Racerboy:
Before you read this, I'm not asking for some already made stuffty green tint that covers your screen and does nothing useful to the fact that it is dark out.

These goggles would have to sense heat, meaning any players you see in them should appear red.

There could also be a type of Armor item that you put on and aren't detected by the goggles.

Possible?

These goggles would have to sense heat, meaning any players you see in them should appear red. - not possible unless you want a stuffty tint to the map and stuff. No.

There could also be a type of Armor item that you put on and aren't detected by the goggles. - See above

Lugnut:
if the first one is truly possible, the second one is easy as loving stuff.
if(%player.isWearingAntiNightVisionArmor)
cancelthedisplay();

explain how the first is possible though.
Gen. Hothauser:
You aren't asking for night vision, night vision multiplies the light in the area do you can see better.  You are asking for infrared vision, or thermal imaging.

Shouldn't this be slightly easy?  Replace the screen with a blue background, replace the player model with a colored model that is blue on the edges and red in the center?
