| Steam avatars/icons/whatever messing up |

ok so steam lately has been COMPLETELY wrecking everyone's avatars on my friend's list and its really creepy at first its just a little zoom then it gets worse borders disappear zooms in more it just keeps zooming until its just the huge pixels and its a recurring problem through restarts any ideas on how to fix this because i have no clue what the forget is going on |
