Catachan Jungle

Extremely interesting.

Say, posting a save might not be half a bad idea-- but it's choked with a ton of bricks and add-on weapons. I managed to get slayer to work without it swiss-cheesing my bricks, so it'll use that.
are they brick packs like wedges or are they cheater filler bricks like 1x5x1

A lot of both.

I'm sure you can pick some of these out, but I can't guarantee that I didn't use at least one thing from each pack.

Fog needs to be more gray.

A lot of both.

Make them in one big pack for us.

That is easily one of the coolest things I have ever seen. Reminds me a lot of the 343 Guilty Spark level in the original Halo.

Was just about to say this

the level where they introduced the flood

How do you make it so the fog isn't some kind of invisible barrier? I want it to not be like that.

Considering the save doesn't come with forced environmental effects, you can just do your own settings for that.

I know, but when I set the view distance thing with the fog, it sort of makes an invisible barrier.
The picture is with the view distance reduced to it's lowest.

I'm also not using the save, I just want to try to recreate that fog effect.

Could i use this build for a Zombie map? i havent seen a good one in a long this and this could be perfect for it!

I bet you could, but I'm afraid a lot of them might get stuck in the swamps. You'd have to build ramps/gradual steps for them to be able to move out of.

I think your shader quality may be the issue. It needs to be at least at low for it to look like it does in the screenshots. Also, make sure that you give it a -little- more view distance, but have the fog on max or near max, so that it gives it a much more gradual transition.
