Need help with creative ideas...please

I would not suggest "future" as a theme, as usually there is a futuristic center building that is the intro to the areas. I would suggest maybe a water-themed area, or a swamp.

The thing is that Future and Modern are right next to each other. I'm already doing a city for modern and would rather not do one for future. If I have to I will...

You know, stuffting on someone's legitimate suggestions usually don't pose for a good reason to help out.
