No. Only if people who are over the age of and are outdated. If your younger your software should be able to run your life.

Yes.
Events are disabled and we can't get jets back. Host is afk and we are stuck in default minigame.

Actually, when people are experiencing time at a slower pace - like for instance a car crash - your brain is processing things much faster than it usually does, so you are able to recollect the incident as if it was in slow motion.
So in a way, yeah you "get a low framerate" in real-life sometimes.
