... he IS using UPnP, did you even read his post? do you see all of the "starting arranged connection" ?

Tell him to allow blockland to bypass the firewall, TCP and UDP, outgoing and ingoing.

If that doesn't work or he doesn't know how to do that, then he is screwed. Also, forwarding ports 1-65535 is a last resort, but that would be the equivalent of disabling his firewall.
