I haven't seen this done before so... HERE WE GO.
Comes in two types shown here. Get them by Right-click>Save image as

Install them in the library by clicking this in the context menu.

So there's a template. Add any picture you want! It could be a default one...
Or one of your own...
You can basically just add anything. Obviously, with steam's look, it's best to keep the images in black and white.
Or add whatever the heck you want...
