I don't know what you guys consider 'gameplay' to be, at least in a qualitative sense. But if random people visiting the server can (and do) forget up the game by not following the rules, the gameplay is bad.

Free-killer happen due to bad administration. Not bad gameplay.

um no it happens because some people are starfishs

administration, good or bad, is not the cause of freekilling

When criminals are at large and there are hired policemen that don't do stuff, who's fault is it?

Both. The full weight is not put on the admins nor on players, players do it because they can but admins still need to stop them, otherwise there's no reason to call them administrators.

Imagine this scenario:
User 1: I went to McDonald's and they stuff in my sandwich!
User 2: Well if you don't like stuff burgers don't go to that mcdonald's, duh.  Grow up and go to a different store and stop complaining.

Does User 2's reply seem reasonable to you?  If so, you should have your head examined.
The scenario is completely incomparable. Tezuni is 100% correct. You are provided access to servers free of charge. The initial payment for Blockland is irrelevant. If you go to a salvation army shop and you don't like the torn up cat piss shirts then go to a different salvation army. This is not unreasonable.

>hey guys I'm havign a party! Come on over!
>all guests have arrived, they don't have to pay
>you start throwing stuff at the guests, give them no food or drinks
>hey guys forget you shouldn't have come to my party if you wanted food, drinks and no stuff in your face it's your fault
This is also completely incomparable. If you show up at someones house uninvited and there's stuff smeared all over the furniture and flying through the air then walk the forget back out and go to someone else's house.

Ok.  Let's update the scenario and see if it makes a difference:

User 1: My neighbor hosted a cookout and he stuff in all the burgers!  I got hepatitis!
User 2: Well if you don't like stuff burgers don't go to your neighbor's house, duh.  Grow up and go to a different cookout and stop complaining.

Does User 2's reply seem reasonable to you?  Does the neighbor have the right to host a cookout, then intentionally feed stuff to the guests?  Do the guests not have the right to complain simply because they did not pay for the food?
This scenario is also completely incomparable. Good job guys, 0 for 3. In this one you're consuming something that can actually have a negative health effect. If you show up at your neighbors house party right after they fart and it smells like complete stuff, but poses no hazard to your health, you can leave and go to someone else's party if you don't want to deal with it.

I am laughing my ass off at TripNick.
Mostly because he claims 3 out of 3 scenarios are incomparable, however they are.

And it's just an example, it does not have to be 100% the same either. The main idea is what it matters. By what you said I can take that if someone say stuff hits the fan, you think someone actually throws stuff at the fan.

No, they're not comparable, and I gave comparable scenario examples that converted them to a comparable scenario to prove their incomparability.

Someone stuffting in your sandwich is absolutely incomparable to having an unpleasant experience on a video game.

You buy a sandwich
You buy a game

You eat.
You play.

Someone shat in the sandwich.
Someone shat all over the server, not literally.

What do you do?

You buy a sandwich
You buy a game

You eat.
You play.

What do you do?

Okay, are you looking at that and seriously telling me the last step is similar? They're like two different directions. In one you're consuming, or using, the product you bought and only that. In the other you're taking the product you bought, bringing it into an unguaranteed situation, and experiencing unpleasant effects.

It's kinda like feeding that hamburger to your cat and complaining when it farts and makes your whole place smell like stuff. Yeah, the burger was meant to be eaten. But you took it outside of it's guaranteed satisfaction area and experienced something unpleasant, so don't do that again. It's not the burger's fault your cat can't eat it. It's not Tezuni's fault you don't like his server.

If you didn't feed it the burger it wouldn't have farted.
You don't feed a burger to a cat.

Stupid comparison.

So this discussion has gone from

Tezuni and his admins are bad

to

stuff burgers and farting cats

To reiterate, we never promised the server to be completely free of any and all player abuse.  It happens.  We try our best to stop it, but since there is currently no script available to automatically kill a guard who freekills a prisoner (similar to the Murder Mystery game mode) we cannot catch all of them.  Every game mode has loop holes which can be exploited or abused.  It is incumbent upon players to be responsible when they play and not play like douchebags.  Since the admins are usually playing in the actual minigame and not spying every single player continuously, we miss some, and starfishs slip through the cracks.

Keep in mind that some of you posting in opposition were observed unfairly killing another player during your visit to the server.  You are the pot calling the kettle black.  Now before you accuse me of victim blaming, just keep in mind that we know it is the responsibility of admins and moderators to keep the server civil.

If you didn't feed it the burger it wouldn't have farted.
You don't feed a burger to a cat.

If you didn't join the server you wouldn't have gotten butthurt.
You don't join abusive servers.

It's an apt comparison.

what the hell is going on lmao

How are you supposed to know a server doesn't have abusive admins?

How are you supposed to know a server doesn't have abusive admins?
How are you supposed to know cats can't digest hamburgers?
