No it isn't.
And that doesn't mean the EditAppearence events that come with it are buggy. They work on players too.

Faces in general always go straight to the default face, and none of the events work if the owner of the brick isn't on the server, like a dedicated server.

So your saying let someone plant a bunch of x64 plates and set avatar options to something like Hide Node "All" or , Un hide Node "All"

Someone should just make a addon that lets you restrict certain events so people can't abuse them like most of the stuff that can be abused already in the game.

I've never had a problem changing faces. You probably didn't put the right face name in.
