For example, when you turn on a light switch to a GOOD light, the light seems to turn on instantly, although it actually takes time for the signal to let the electricity through, the electricity to reach the light, the light to begin chemically in the bulb, and the light to reach your eyes. these actions can take as little as a millisecond, and so you do not notice them. this is why 0 ping is impossible. --- End quote --- |
