Why so many Noobs around?

I don't know if anyone cares... But recently, There has been so many nooby servers up. It's like a Scavenger hunt just looking for a Fun server. I could stay up till about 12:00 AM (On a School night) and see so many children running around in the Server list... Don't these kids have School?
Just thought this would be worthy to Talk about.
(Btw, I don't spend a lot of time on the Forums ._. )
