Hey, you. You should use Sphinx. Exports both to HTML and PDF (and a few other formats, not to mention that you can install even more afterwards), and it's pretty easy to style. Regarding hosting, http://readthedocs.org/ provides free hosting for both (provided that you can live with the RTD banner in the corner.
