Announcement We have a few announcements this weekend regarding The Block: 1. We are glad to announce a partnership with Blockland News by Clone2 2. After many months our HQ is done, members need to make their rooms though! 3. Regarding the PDF. I went ahead and made a PDF after looking at yesterday's results, but on looking at todays results see that more want no PDF, so I decided to do something out of the ordinary (Sounds that something I would do...). We will run the site and PDF in unity. If players want more direct news then the should visit our site, were the news is updated and posted live. If they want a more casual read they can download our PDF's Q&A Q: How will this affect my reading experience? A: Not very much. Think of it like two options instead of the one. Q: I'm a contributor to The Block. How will this affect me? A: Not much either, you will just post your articles in the site as usual. Then I will put them into the PDF Q: When will these PDF's be released? A: Usually the weekend or Monday time. Q: Is it just plain old text? A: No. It is meant to entice and seduce the reader. So I made it on my Mac Features We are adding new features to the PDF version of The Block Magazine. Here are a few of them now: Stunning Interface Now The Block Magazine looks even better with our glossy magazine feel to it. Advertisements Want to advertise your build, server, event or mod? Just PM me, Contact me through RTB or email. Snippets Snippets are basically the weeks news summarised into 1 paragraph. We summarise everything, from server announcements to Blockland updates such as Greenlight Is that all? For now.... Yes except I'm going to go and update the OP to fit in with the new announcements |
