Brick Count Per Player/Restricted Bricks

What I would think would be cool is a certain brick count per player (not including host) and something that could restrict certain bricks from player use (not including host).

So you mean the mod that we have that sets a brick limit to players? We have this. Not sure about the restricted bricks, but I don't see why you'd need restricted bricks, other than music bricks.

a brick limit per player, so, like, they don't spam stuff (if you have this, i'd like to please see a link, as i have never seen anything like this), and then restricted could be only a certain brick, so you can make a public arena where players can only use certain bricks to make cover/sandbags.

Perhaps for the limted brick count per player have it so it's like the z0w0's chat voice mod where you can set whether admins and/or specific IDs have the limit or not.
Also the second idea would be neat.
