Can't use one of my add-ons

I downloaded the lego fence which in the folder is called Brick_Fence and put it in the add-ons folder but when I start a custom game it doesn't show up in the list of add-ons I want to choose.

Doomonkey:

The add-ons folder is located in the Documents folder now. Not program files. Make sure you place it in there.

orboro:

i put it where i put all my other add-ons. this is the only add-on that doesn't work for some reason.

You have RTB?
download from it (from the RTB Menu in the game)

And also are you putting it in documents/blockland/addons
?
