Added a bunch of new buildings and a ruined town.

Redid the dock today, and found Brozie as a modeler. Updated the helpers list. Build is 90% finished.
Mounds Bar:
When you want to see it, Bravo, Steel Helmet and the Iron Helmet are done.

I redid the Iron helmet.
Better horns, more even and proper.
