| Shader and Framerate Comparison: r1701 - r1713 |

I felt like being a scientist today, so I gathered a lot of data comparing the way shaders looked in r1701 to the way they look now, in r1713. Also I compiled framerates. I find that odd, performance decreased in Off, Minimum, and Low in r1713. Everything else improved. |
